I was wondering if anyone with a pure ectomorph body type could post a training routine that they have had success with. Could you also post stuff like traing frequency, rest times, the amount of sets taken to failure, etc.

Thanks

Mark

yo mark.

I posted my routine on a post from some time ago... it works if you eat well and get lots of sleep. check out 'serious ectomorph' on the search engine.

honestly, NO!

I've been working crazy shifts... 80 hrs per week. and the like. getting little rest and not able to eat properly at all. but i've had success with that work out.

dont categorise urself as a pure ectomorph. honestly, most ppl that do that use it as an excuse for a lack of progress. deal with what uve got by training properly, eating HEAPS and getting enough rest.

sure its helpful to know how ur body is more inclined to react to exercise but dont worry about it too much, just focus on ur training and diet.
