Developing muscle near pubic area / lower abs

Ok, i've always been a normal sized lad, had a bit of flab here and there, but since i've been working out (now weight gaining) i've noticed a developement in my pubic area (just about 4 " down from belly button - 8"). The normal flabby ish is started to develope muscle and has developed around the side to where my hip bones show, i was wondering what excercises can i do to emphasise this muscle ?

you just have to hit diff angles when doing say a crunch get flexion and extensioin.

So say

Lying on an decline bench doing a full leg extension bring them to chest and pushing legs up and reversing would this work ?

Get bigger in general, then cut down to 3-6%bf and it will be as emphasised as can be.

def sprinting helps this development. as well as leg lifts on a pullup bar.
