how often and with what sort of volumes do you guys think is the best way to train calves?? thanks

depends on your goals.
need more info. ex. more athletic for a specific sport of strictly bodybuilding mass and symmetry.

personally i train calves 2 times a week, with at least 2 days rest between. i tend to do 1 workout standing raises , 1 workout seated raises. ill go for 4-6 sets 10-15 reps each. works for me but everyone is different and this thread could turn into one of those "yes/no/why/why not" threads lol.

1-2 times a week. Once on leg days and sometimes ill go at em 3-4 days later on a different day. Usually about 5 sets with increasing weight with maybe a drop set or something to really get blood pumping at the end.

Yea im twice a week as well i do 1 day just on the leg press repping to 30 with a deep stretch then standing and seated a few days later usually repping around 12 sometimes i superset to
