Is this a good hit workout for bulk?
3 Day H.I.T. - High Intensity Training Workout

Mon - Chest, Triceps, Delts
Incline Barbell Press - 1 sets - 10, 8, 6 reps[rest pause]
Flat Flye - 1 set - 8 reps
Shoulder press - 1 sets - 10,8, 6 reps[rest pause]
Side raises - 1 set - 8 reps
Pressdowns - 1 sets - 10,8, 6 reps[rest pause]

Wed - Legs
Squats - 1 sets - 10, 8, 6 reps[rest pause]
Leg ext. - 1 set - 8 reps
Leg curls- 1 sets - 10, 8, 6 reps[rest pause]
Standing calf raises - 3 set - max rep


Fri - Back, Biceps
Hyperextentions - 1 sets - 10, 8, 6 reps[rest pause]
Barbell row - 1 sets - 10, 8, 6 reps[rest pause]
Pulldowns or Narrow Chins - 1 set - 8 reps
Barbell curls
Superseted with hammer curls - 1 sets - 8, 6 reps[double rest pause]
Barbell shrugs - 1 sets - 8, 6 reps[rest pause]

I think its ok, but i would tr a 4 day split if ou can. Your hitting the same number of reps in rest pause fashion in one set compared to 3 which i guess isnt bad

I would throw in a Deadlift or Clean in back day though

hiit training is good but shouldnt be used all the time IMO same with the rest pause these are all shock methods for platueing or switching up the routine as are negatives, forced reps, or drop sets
