In the past 2 and half months, i trained in the evening every week. i would eat a meal, and then go to bed til next morning to have another meal. i am always afraid that i take less nutrition, and it lasts long to have nurtrition. i plan to train at 8am every morning for next 3 months cycle. how do your guys think?

its fine to train at 8 AM but you might be tired and could get sick, I just discussed this with a member and he said before 8 AM he gets sick so just try it out. Also the meal before you go to bed should be a casein protein(cottage cheese) so it will stabilize your body over night.

Yeah give it a try and see if it works for you. I train sometimes in the morning when Im gonna go away with my family during the day so that I wont be home before the gym closes, but then I usually train by 9 AM and it works for me

I work 7a-7p or 7p-7a and I train before I go to work. I get up at 430 am or 430 pm and train. No problems here!

I work the same schedule 7am to 7pm, so on my days I work I train at night.

On my days off I train @ about mid morning or so. Depends on the arrins I have for that day

i do need to work, folks. i wanna add my morning training for the sake of spliting my training plan. i always feel it takes one and half hour to finish a training in order to train two parts a time. so i decide to add morning to routine.
