Found this article about shoulder injuries/getting them stronger, healthier, and possibly bigger by filling in the gaps between the delts. It has some great exercises for the external rotator cuff that's neglected by most (probably not in here though haha).

I would post the article here, but it has some pictures to help out with understanding the exercises. Check it out.

Just did shoulders yesterday and threw in some of these exercises. It's safe to say that my rear delts are more sore than ever! Highly recommend it.

I prescribe internal rotations, external rotations, and cross body lateral raises done with resistance bands to all my clients, especially my athletes.
