Can some one define HIIT for me.

I understand the general concept of HIIT training (i think) but if some one could give a short example of what a work out would look like.

As i am currently cutting i have just been doing high reps and super setting for about 20-25min followed by 45-1hr cardio.
Approx 5 days a week, cardio intensity varies depinding on what muslce group i work that day.

it would be like 4 mins jogging for warming up, 20 secs running, 10 secs walking, 20 running......(u should repeat that 4-8 times) and then 4 mins jogging for cooldown
takes about 12 mins, its really hard but it works an your legs will be sore next day lol so just do it 2 times a week

yea that was a gr8 article.
it will definately help you identify what type of cardio is appropriate for your goals.

thanks bro that was well informative, just curious can HIIT training be incorperated with wieght training, or is it specific to cardio?

you can do hiit on the days you train if you want. just don't go overboard.
