No f***ing way man... LOL... The body needs fast working carbs and protein after every workout. So lets say what they are saying is true, then if your train for instance calfes and eat right away, your calfes will get fat??? LOL

Yep, that's a myth (and a new one to me!). I would treat abs like other bodyparts. Lift hard and immediately after training consume a protein/carb mix, mostly carbs though. I like dextrose and maltodextrin, some people like oats and other carb sources. Find what you like and stick with it. :)

Cardio is different. After cardio I like to wait an hour to eat, or if I am pressed for time I like a protein and fat only meal (or at least try to keep carbs under 10g).

After you train a certain bodypart your breaking down the muscle, the protein then builds it up. Do yourself a favor and never talk to these fools again.

Oats after training is one of the worst things you can consume. On the other hand, after cardio it's arguably the best meal. Don't go without eating after cardio.
