try doing your dumbbell shrugs on an incline bench with ure chin stuck where your head would normally go. it burns the hell outta the front of your traps and def gives the illusion of taller traps from the front with extra seperation that comes with it.
just a little somethin extra if your bored with trap work.

the contractions are markedly more intense than regular standing dumbbell shrugs.

typically the same as you would for incline db presses or flies
but 2day i did it a setting higher and i didn't like it as much.
so go for the typical chest incline.

well on an incline ur front is more forward than your arms. your arms are essentially pulled backwards. with holding heavy weight there this could cause strain to be put on the rotator cuffs, and even the supraspinatus muscle and tendon. if the weight is too heavy the arms still being pulled back could essentially take the rotator cuff and tear it slightly.

Nothing beats a hang clean for upper trap development.

Secondly, I have a hard time taking anyone seriously who abbreviates 'any' into "NE" and 'to' into "2". Are you seriously that lazy you cannot type an extra symbol?
