okay, im sure this has been explained more than a few times on various threads, but since i didnt really find any that help me...i only started doing back more intensively a month or two ago because i started to get round shouldered from too much chest. i do shrug supersets, pull ups, chin ups, and reverse flys. what else can i do to get my back in proportion with my chest?

Deadlifts, bent over rows either with db's og bb's, pullups/chinups will get you a LONG way. Maybe some kind of shrugs. It's basicly all you need :)

i think it would b better to do your back first...cuz if your biceps r tired they will give out first than your back...
