I don't work out on specific days, just go as I please.
I do chest by itself on one day:
bench-5x8 heavy weight
dumbell press-5x8or10 heavier weight
incline dumbell press-5x8
dumbell flyes-5x10
dumbell pullover-5x10 heavy weight
incline-4or5x8-heavy weight
and sometimes I do cable flyes
then I do back and bi's the next day
barbell curl-5x10
dumbell curl-5x10
dumbell preacher curl-4x8
pulldowns-5x12 alternating in front and behind head each rep
dumbell row-5x10
seated row-5x12
straight arm pushdown-5x10
and sometimes good mornings
then next day is triceps
skulls-5x10
kicks-5x10
over head dumbell extensions and one arm extensions-5x8
seated dips with alot of weight-5x12
pushdowns-5x10
close grip-5x8
then last day I do shoulders
lateral raises-5x10
front raises-5x10
dumbell press-5x10
dumbell shrug-5x12
barbell shrug-5x10 really heavy weight
upright row-5x12
military press-5x10
I'll throw a day of rest in there somewhere, and I don't do legs because I have a torn ACL, any critique is welcome. |
