I do. I do kind of a cross between German Volume and DC. You have to find what works for you. Do not even consider if you can't stick to a diet. You will have big problems if you don't eat enough.

i have done it the past. there are different ways. i lifted in the morning, then did vigorous cardio in the evening, and i have also done something like chest in the morning, and bicep or calves and abs in the evening. i liked it becuase i stayed more focus through the work outs. it wasnt one long work out. it was two sessions of about 30 to 45 min. i just dont have the time for that anymore.

you should rest the same. all im really doing is taking one work out and doing half in the AM and half in the PM. for me its an intensity thing. i lose my intensity after 30minutes or so, so any thing i do out of this zone is not done with the same amount of focus, but if i come back later i can refocus and get everythign i want from the work out.

i dont think its good if you do the same body part in the same day. the muscle should at least be antagonizing

it also depends on what your trying to get in.... two weight sessions, is that what you are talking about. post your schedule or what you have in mind

I do 2 lifting sessions.. working legs 2x a week is how many people have brought up stubborn legs so I figure if I keep to my solid diet, rest and supplementation I will be fine. Think of an 8 hour manual labor job... I swear that some of my work days are worse than the days I lift.
