Ok so I have a pretty decent size chest and have relatively low bf (maybe around 12-14% right now). One aspect that has always been troublesome for me is to get super defined pecs, more specifically where you can plainly see them from chest to under the shoulder, nice and round.

I'm wondering if there are specific exercises to target this (I'm really looking for exercises here, "more cardio" or "reduce bodyfat" won't really help my cause since i'm doing cardio alot already and have been down to <10% bf before and problem continues to persist) I think wide grip decline and decline flys work the best but I'm obviously open to suggestions because I'm not getting too far with just these two exercises. Thanks in advance.

Yes your right slightly wide grip and dumbell flyes are great.
IMO to hit the lower chest and form it all the way up under your shouldr one of the best exercises is low cable crossovers
i incorporated this since last year
the first pic is the after and the second pic is before notice the difference in lower chest

yes keep lowering your body fat. You will be surprised for how many people the chest is the last bit of bodyfat to go

i agree 12 to 14 percent is not low... thats pretty average. low is 4 to 6percent. try diet. exercises alone is the long route

yea one way would be to keep reducing your bodyfat.

The other way is to keep building those pecs. A lot of people complain about how do i fill in this and that for the chest, and sometimes the plain and simple answer is to keep building it, and the mass will fill it all in.

POSE!

ALOT!

and hold the poses for a long time. do this all the time and you'll get more separation in your pecs. if your condition is good and you're sodium intake is low, you pose for hours and hours and hours, the cuts will definatly start to come in.
