Sometimes my biceps are even in the amount they peak, but most recently the left one has been noticeably higher. This is really strange because I'm right handed. Also my right rear delt is a good amount bigger than the left one, any ideas why, and how to fix this?

ive got the same sort of problem with my chest, my left side is noticably bigger then my right.

your problem may be because your right side if stronger then your left, so its under less strain when doing the same excercise and same weight.

you could try using different rep ranges for your left and right arm. so for your left try and build up the strength to match your other side by doing low reps with high weight. and for your right go for a higher rep range to build muscle

dumbell work will even it out more. but one side will always be bigger than the other. we all have to deal with that, even the pro's.

use a rope on the pulley machine and do like you would do on tricep pulldown (spread the rope out) but do it for a bicep curl this hits the peak as well as normal dumbel bicep curls try to pull your pinkie
towards your thumb on the way up and this will also do a good deal for your peak.

Lol at Zack's reply. I think I'll start doing my dumbbell stuff and try to even them out I'm more concerned with my delts than biceps cause they kinda come and go. Prolly try what rizzle said and do lower reps with one and higher with the other. I have the same problem with my right pec being more rounded at the bottom than the left one. I thought that doing decline stuff would help that, but it didn't.
