I am trying to lose 20-30 lbs, and take off some body fat.
My diet:
Meal1- 1 cup oatmeal, water
meal2- fruits
meal3- sandwich (cold cuts, lettuce)
meal4- steak, fish or chicken and rice
meal5- pre workout 1 scoop whey protein
meal6- post workout 1 scoop whey and some carb.
meal7-fruits
My workout:
Mon-HIIT
Tues- Traps, chest
Wed- OFF
Thurs-HIIT
Fri- Back, shoulders
Sat- LI cardio
Sun-biceps, triceps
Would this plan for the summer help me lose weight? If not plz critique. |
