Hey guys, I took an online bf% test and it said that i was 14.5%.

I am wondering what % i should aim for to look cut. And what is the easiest way of losing maybe 15-20 lbs? I am off school now for the summer so i can do pretty much anything now.

Thanks.

getting to 8% is easy if you do HIIT as well as having your diet in check. anything lower than 8% is hard to do...at least for me.

You can't get your bf % online. You can get your BMI (body mass index) online but that is worthless for bodybuilders. Go to a personal trainer or physical therapist and get it tested with calipers.
