do you think i would lose more fat by an hour on an eliptical or stair master or 20-30 minutes on a tredmill utilizing the HIIT method?

HIIT is the most efficient cardio method for fat loss. Fat calories burned through HIIT amount for a greater portion of total calories burned versus any other technique. Try sprinting 1 minute, walking for 2 minutes, repeat for 30 minutes. Works wonders.

Sprinting for 1 minute? I don't know about you but I honestly don't think anyone who isnt a track athlete can hold a good sprint for a minute. I'd shoot more for 20 seconds full blast and then rest for a minute.
