I've been seriously lifting for about 6 years now. No matter what I do or how lean I get (10% bf), my upper arm (where bicep connects with the deltoid) is never defined. I have decently round delts and pretty good arms (17 inch), but this is inhibiting my bicep peak.

To give you a better visual of what I'm talking about, pinch your arm fat vertically between your bicep and your delt on your inner arm (right by your armpit) so you see a rounder delt and rounder upper arm. I want that without the pinch haha.

I've tried many exercises to eliminate it. Should I focus more on lateral raises? More bicep "peak" exercises? Is it just genetics? Thanks for all your help.

Try front dumbell raises and even side raises. Just do lots of sets and bust it out for a week or so. See if you see any change. Like right now put one of your arms out staight and kind clench your fist and act as if your holding a weight out,I feel mine is nice and tight in there and I have some good definition and space in there. It should help a little. I actually warm up with 3 sets of this everyday almost ======> I do 10 front raises with each arm, 10 side raises with each arm, then 10 to the front again but with both arms together. Use a lighter weight because all the reps burn like hell. It's a good warm up and gets my blood pumped for my workout. Let me know how it works bro.
