What is the best way to burn body fat for someone who does not exercise regularly. I have access to stationary bike, track, and rowing machine at home. Member at a family place that has some cardio equipment, much like a YMCA.

thanks,

Sprints. Personally, I like moderate intensity running (just because I enjoy running) but sprints are best.

Welcome to the dungeon! You should make a thread introducing yourself.

I feel speed interval running helps me burn body fat pretty well.
Sprint, job, sprint jog. I'm sure you got the picture :P

Thanks for taking the time to post. It's really appreciated. I'm going to try the sprint training as I've heard a lot about HIIT. I've got friends that do cardio 2x a week and others that do it after every workout up to 4x a week. Do I just need to figure out what works for me or is there a norm I should strive for? Right now, I'm stationary cycling 20 min 1x this week and 3x the 2 weeks prior to that. Very sporadic. I recon getting into the groove of things would also help progress along.

Thanks again for the input!

Just keep track of your bf, weight, and adjust accordingly. During my cut I ran 2-3x/wk and that worked for me.
