Im not sure if im posting this in the right section, but i hear a lot of people saying they use log books, i want to start one up because i have never kept one and it seems like a good way to track progress, is all you put in it the exercise, reps and weight? or is there more too it?
Yep you can keep a log of your training and/nutrition/supplements. Basically its just an online bodybuilding journal to share with others and get feedback and encouragement.

im talking about more so like the people who bring like those little book with them at the gym and i see them writing in them after sets and stuff, thanks
