so tomorrow is leg day, need tips. going for 315 on squats. after that dont know, make it good, i love the brun

walking weighted lunges, box hops, weighted calfs...try to keep deadlifting with back. less rest in between sets = more burn.

I do squats, pause squats for a count of 2 or 3, one leg leg extensions, one leg leg curls, SLDLs. I also do force reps on the one leg stuff, really feel a burn.

one forces rep is not really the best thing to do, thats how you could overtrain. so instead of going forwards you going back.
i love squats love, i did 345 today i was just going for 315...
but thats good stuff man, next time instead of doing force reps try holding it for 2-3 sec. let me know how that works for you if you try.
