What do you train and when?

How does everyone split up their training? I.e what body parts do you do together and on what days? Trying to work out a new routine and some dungeon wisdom would be good!

Personally Ive recently started doing more of a routine-split which is

Mon: Chest

Tue: Back

Wed: Shoulder, abs (dunno if I gonna have abs on backsday though)

Thu: Arms

Fri: leg

Sat & Sun: Rest

Im gonna try this for a while and so far Ive liked it.

as of now mine is liek this

monday/thursday-chest/tris/traps
tuesday/friday-bis,shoulders
wednesday/saturday-legs/back

I do alittle abs everyday or every-other day.I also do cardio 4-5 times a week

Once summer ends and I try to get finished with my cut. I want to go to a 4 day split to mix things up and give me more rest after leg day, cause I can;t walk right for 2 days after it.

If I could give you one tip, it would be to do legs tuesday or wednesday. This way, all the testosterone that is released from the quads and hams can be utilized for the rest of the week to help you grow. I feel as if doing legs on friday is pointless and inefficient.
