Well, after observing myself in the mirror, and realising I've got a bit of bulk but not much definition, I've decided to go on a cutting phase.
Basically, I don't know a huge lot about cutting, and as I don't have a huge amount of money or resources for anything extreme, I'm just thinking of a number of things:
*Cutting out useless snacking and useless food, ie: No sugar on cereal, if I'm hungry go for some fruit or a class of water or cordial.
*Cutting out a bit of dairy (I drink a shit-load of milk).
*Hitting the fruits and vegetables hard at all meal-times, replacing a lot of carbs and such.
*Drinking plenty of water.
*Switching from bulking exercises to toning and maintenance workouts, ie: Concentration / Preacher curls instead of bar curls, lower weight, higher reps.
*Doing more CARDIO work, atleast 3 times a week.
That's a basic outline, I'm looking for advice and comments on my plan.
