Also is there any other good tricep exercises?

i like the close grip bench better than dips (for your tris). especially if you have some shoulder problems. as far as technique... you should have your hands at least 12 inches from each other, or closer if your wrists can handle it...
close grip really puts the focus on the tris, and i believe it takes a little more chest out of it. with dips... i can feel the chest working . i do them most triceps work outs. dips are good too, but you asked about close grip bench, not dips

Just to chuck my 2 cents in here i like to use an E-Z bar i find i spend more time just trying to balance the bloody weight than i do pressing it but the being shorter the E-Z cuts out all that and its nicer on the wrists to

Decline close grip bench, decline pullovers, tricep pressdowns with the rope attachment to really hit the long head for a great pump.

There is this great technique I recently learned that will make your triceps explode. It's called the kneeling overhead pulldown. Grab the stiff triangle bar and set a pulldown pulley to hip level. Kneel down facing away from the weight. Grab the bar, then keep your back and head even (parallel to the ground) and pull. Keep your head as low as possible and your elbows above your head. Let the weight pull your arms back til you feel a good stretch, then contract. This is great for mass. I've been doing this for a couple weeks (once a week) and an already seeing gains. The ultimate goal of this exercise is to have your triceps be almost just as round as your bicep when you do a bicep pose. Your triceps will hang like grapevines.

What kind of results have you seen after only 2 weeks? Also, what makes this so amazing over other types of tricep extensions?
