So about 9months ago the doc said I had bilateral tendonitis in the shoulders. More directly both rear delts. Pretty retarded to say the least. But anyways I went through rehab once for 3months came back felt good then it came back. So I'm going at it again. Since I have to stop training for a while I still want to be in the gym. Any ab routines, suggestions would be great. I'm also planning on trying to try a precontest like diet just to switch it up so hopefully when I get back into it the off season diet will help me explode back to regular weight. Thanks to everyone in advance
