Just an update on myself fellows.You know i had the comp on saturday may 31st and i weighed in at 170 lbs.Well I started my clean bulk on the following Monday and as of yesterday I am 198 lbs.I am dead serious.That is 28 lbs in 9 days.I still have abs and veins in my chest.My body responds well to food because I diet so much.Just for yall info I have stopped all gear for the next few weeks except my pct HCG and nolvadex.The guy Im working with said i might compete in lite heavy in Nov if i keep the good gains up

Thanks guys Im always cautious about how much weight I gain cause i use to be fat but Im going balls to the wall this time with a good clean bulk because i need to pack on the mass this year,
