alrite idk if im doing it rite but i want to lose fat and build muscle. so ima put wat i do and if u all can help me or give me advise about my workout schedule and tell me wats rite or wrong...

Monday- i do chest,triceps,abbs-cardio 30min.
Tuesday-Biceps,shoulders
Wednesday-legs and calves-cardio 30 min.
Thursday- Back
Friday-abbs -cardio 30 min.


dats wat i usually do,
but im not sure if my workout schedule or not.. on my back day i want to do just back but the rest i dont know wat to combine dem with..

so can some1 plzz give me a workout schedule that will help me get big,lose fat, and get hard abbs

what do you do sat/sun... completely off or still some cardio? i'd have one day completely off and the other some cardio, maybe some 45 mins LI.

are you on a bulk [gain mas] or cut [lose fat]?

Don't forget to do some trap exercises and the two other very important things are sleep and diet high protein is always good. Maybe put back with bis or tris and I'd do traps on back day. I prefer doing everything twice a week as long as you make sure not to overtrain.
