so i have this friend who trains 3 times a day. hes a freaking beast. he is asian just fyi. hes freaking jacked, same age as me and i asked him how he trains.. he told me if its "arm" day, (biceps and triceps), he trains them in school at weight training class. after that he comes home from school and works them out again. he then works them out again at night time. and he is not half assing any of them, he goes hard on every excercise he does. i asked him wat he is training the next day, he says same thing, so my instant reaction is WHAT THE FUK DUDE, U HAVE TO REST YOUR ARMS!! he tells me he likes the burn sensation....and he trains neway 24/7 and i cant argue with him bcus he is a freaking monster. i tell him youre going to overtrain and injure yourself, but he has been doing this for 3 years and it is obviously working. should i try this ? bcus i myself wouldnt mind drinking my endorush and working my ass off day and night

Quick answer....no. That's a half ass way to train and I think he has outstanding genetics which you can not change. This is odd, and does not work for other.

Can lead to injury, CNS drain and eventually a decrease in strength, size and power.

How old r u guys? & what does ur friends stats look like. His training principles sound pretty silly to me. I want to see pics

we're both 16. hes 160 pounds and benches 200. he works out with a 30pound dumbbell at home, and at school he uses his school gym.

1. I am not impressed.

2. Why are you drinking endorush on a daily basis if you're only 16 years old? I'd hate to see what kind of stimulants you'll be needing to function when you reach my age.

^^^I agree with ZR. Thats why I asked his stats because I know that what seems like a beast to u may only be a baby to me. My lil bro was hittin 225 @ 150 @ age 16. Remember u guys shouldn't be training for the physique of next week but for the body u want 5yrs from now. Cut back on the stims & work on having a well balanced physique.

great post. thats what all of us 16 yr old young guns should be doing, and at 16 that over trainnings gonna hit him hard
