hey everyone i recently did some reading up on DC training and while im not doing DC training right now i thought the extreme stretching part of it was interesting so after my normal training sessions ive been performing the extreme stretches for the past couple of months. i was just curious if anyone knew if that type of stretching could damage joints/tendons/connective tissue in the long run?

Hyperflexibility, especially at joints where joint integrity is dependent upon the muscles that encapsulate it (the shoulder, for example) can increase ones risk of injury.

I'll write more after work.
