I do not know what the problem is I can put on size and muscle just fine but when i go to cut weight i drop everything muscle fat it all goes and fast. I wanted to try something different this time so i am taking a test booster and venom. I run everymorning and workout everyother day. Also I am eating 5 to 6 times a day.

my meals go like this

breakfast oatmeal square
run
protien shake

snack peanut butter on wheat bread

lunch tuna pack

snack cereal frosted mini wheats

dinner chicken and rice

AND ON WORKOUT DAYS ADD IN A SHAKE AFTER MY SNACK FOR POST WORKOUT if im all jacked up please let me know but PLEASE tell me what to do

i may be wrong but it looks like you actually need to be eating more.

also maybe tone down the amount of cardio and up the calories, that might help you slow the weight lose process. imo

your diet is no good my dude i would starve eating like that
how many calories are you eating carbs protein and fat.
from the looks of it your not eating enough

i am eating 1800-2000 calories a day high protien, low carb, low fat the problem is the weight i loose is not only body fat but muscle as well how many calories should i be eating?
