Hey guys, I have a weird problem... it seems my right bicept is developing better than the left... currently right is at 18" with a decent peak while the left is at 17.25" and more flat.

My question is, would I be able to even them out by lifting heavier with the left (1-2 reps more than the right), or is there another way you can think of? Suggestions appreciated.

Thanks in advance....

Mij left pec is much better developt than my right. (I'm right handed though)
But I really have the feeling there's less diffrence than a year ago. Is it possible that the balance out as both muscles grow?

yea i use to have that promblem, stick to dumbells and always concenrate on trying to get the same contraction feeling you got on one side and apply it on the other and never do more reps on one side then the other. work both side evenlly with dumbells and within a year i bet you, you will be the same measurements on both sides

*Bicep

And try working / concentrating more on 1 arm at a time moves (dumbells) so you cant "cheat" with 1 arm to work more than the other 1.

and give it time. i never suggest working with diffrent weights on each arm since eventually your arms will even out, and if you start to mix the weight youll end up with a worse problem.

also try to sacrifice by using less wieghts .. like if you're right biceps could curl 10 kilo for 12 reps .. and the left one did it for 8 .. try to decrease weight and keep reps the same ... IMO
