ok ever since i saw the ultimate warriors new workout video for his return it got me pumped up to start hitting the weights again, because hes the reason that i started and now hes coming back its motivated me! so here it is, for size and defintion uno proportion its heavy dumbbell work and bodyweight, and for strength its just low rep deadlifting here it is,

Monday: Chest, Shoulders & Triceps
3 x 15 Pushups
3 x 10 Dips
3 x 10 DB Shoulder Press
3 x 10 DB Side Laterals
3 x 10 DB Tricep Extensions

Tuesday: Off

Wednesday: Barbell Deadlift & Core Training
3-5 x 05 Deadlifts
3 x 15-20 Situps
3 x 15-20 Supermans
3 x 15-20 Cuban Situps (Weighted)
3 x 15-20 Dorsal Raises

Thursday: Off

Friday: Back, Bicep & Leg
3 x 10 Pullups
3 x 15 DB Single Arm Rows
3 x 10 DB Alt. Curls
3 x 10 DB Hammer Curls (To Chest)
3 x 20-30 BW Squats

Saturday: Off

Sunday: Off

and my question is on last set on each exercise on monday and fridays workout should i go to failure on last set of each exercise to get maximum and try and break through pain barrior, and the whole routine is without a bench due to lack of space so i had to comprimize :)

you need to work your rear delts in there unless you wanna do them with back.

Tuesday: Off

Wednesday: Barbell Deadlift & Core Training
3-5 x 05 Deadlifts
3 x 15-20 Situps
3 x 15-20 Supermans

3 x 10 Pullups
3 x 15 DB Single Arm Rows
3 x 10 DB Alt. Curls
3 x 10 DB Hammer Curls (To Chest)
3 x 20-30 BW Squats

do legs on a separate day. back is a heavy workout and you will not be able to train legs to their full potential. also, you need at least 4 exersises for legs! 2 for quads, and 2 for hamstrings! try squats, lunges, and stiff legged deadlifts since you don't have a bench. for your biceps, try an isolation movement like preacher curl.

Saturday: Off

Sunday: Off

oh i see. this sucks man! no bench? at this point, you should be trying to squeeze out as many reps as you can. don't max out on anything.

for what you have, it's not bad
but you need to do squats! if you want size, squats will no a great job of getting growth hormone released in your body.

seriously though, get a gym membership if you can. you won't regret it.

well my gym is too far for me to travel, but im ok with bodyweight squats and what ive got, im aiming for the classic look like ultimate warrior had when he was a bodybuilder uno ripped normal legs and a big upper body,

and to rdobson, i know hogan always came back coz of money problems but either way if warrior is coming back due to money problems i dont care lol he motivates me alot in training, coz wen i saw the video i was like i wanna be the ultimate warrior but ric flair is old and he had a great match at wrestlemania 24 against HBK but i know warrior is bein trained by RVD (rob van dam) so ought to be good :)

the reason why you've injured your lower back is because you're too worried about what weight you're lifting (clearly from reading your post).

just keep your back streight and only go heavy enough to feel it good in your legs but not to injur your lower back. keep your back erected throughout the whole movement and don't use it!
your back should be fine!

that is, unless it's still injured
