ok so heres my story. i used to love weight lifting and at one point in my life(8th grade) i used to bench 225; having the greatsest max in the entire football team. but when i went to high school i started to fall in love with mma. so i started training for that.
so after almost 3 years of mma training and cutting weight and gaining weight i totally look like shit now. id like to get back into weight lifting and lose this belly flab i have.
can someone hook me up with a work out program that gets me in the gym at least 5 days a week and gets me buff while losing this fat?? and something that i can maybe start seeing some results within 5 to 8 weeks.
i wud really appreciate yalls advice/plans.....

well i gotta go to bed right now, but i'll hit u up on this tomorrow. but the only thing i can say at the moment is that u'll see hypertrophy gains in about 5 to 8 weeks. so basically u'll be aight man.
