I'm looking for a different exercise to do on bicep day so I was thinking of doing pinwheel curls. But I was wondering how do these work the biceps in a different way than hammer curls? Would you suggest doing them?

Pinwheel curls really hit the brachialis.

Here is a picture of it so you can better understand what I am talking about. It to the left of your outer head, almost on the side of your arm if you want to think about it like that.

I have always liked them. Make sure to do them with good form, and squeeze at the top.

the decision is up to you wether you feel comfortable doing these and if your feel your muscles really being worked i persoanlly suggest just sticking to the basic excercises when it comes to biceps. Because its such a tiny muscle just basic movements will do the trick
