ok this question has been buggin me for a while, im wondering does he use weights anymore because hes lot considerable amounts on mass since his 1997 years now he looks lean and just althetically fit, because i read a interveiw somewere a while back and he mentioed hes not wanting mass anymore because it slows him down and it makes him prone to injuries

so my question is what kinda training does he do ROUGHLY im guessing circuits and bodyweight training with the odd dumbbell work here and there, there was a video before his ironman match with bret hart doing handstand pushups boxing etc,

so what kinda training do you think he does nowadays? its been bugging me for a while now...

I don't know but he used to be like that in the past when he was in a tag team. When he went a single fighter his arms got noticebly bigger.

Im sure a lot of circuit training and cable work with low weight and high reps. Prolly a lot of stretching exercises so he is less prone to injury

well if u look at his back shots, his back has no thickness and hes lost width im guessing he does bodyweight training and circuits with little back work due to him braking his back because its creased up if u look

he probably does bodyweight training (im iinto bodyweight training) and does pushups , situps etc, what circuit would u reccomend to get a similar physique as him, uno lean and althletic fitness, in a circuit or ordinary workout, in bodyweight and weights,

but anyway roughly outta guessing guys, what would a circuit workout look like with him mine is this i created yesterday

Callisthenics Circuit Workout (3-5 Days A Week)

Workout
15 Situps
10 Pushups
10 Pullups
20 Squats
10 Dips
Repeat 3-5 Times

what would a circuit/bodyweight workout look like of his?
