Sup guys , so now that im training seriously 4x a week i decided to make my own routine . Maybe its alright , maybe i should change something ! tell me

So here it is :
Day 1 - Chest / shoulder / tris / abs
Day 2 - Back / Bis / Legs / abs
1 day Off
Day 1 - Chest / shoulder / tris / abs
Day2 - Back / Bis / Legs / abs
2 day Off
Then i repeat . Im doing 3 exercice of 3 set by body part . Usually 6 to 10 reps
But i only do 2 exercice for my legs : Leg Press and Squat

Is it all fine ? Should i change anything ?

looks good man...only thing I would make sure you alternate your bis and back every other session...cause back exercises at least for me make my bis tired especially stuff liek bent over rows...but try it man...when I make up a split i usually try it a week then evaluate it and see whats working, whats not, what workouts are hampering others...that kind of stuff.I'm having that problem too with my chest and tris, so I alternate them every session so My priority will change with every session

looks good though man....good luck I hope it works out...making up splits is a hard process

Its a good split but if your open to a bit of advice i would recommend dropping abs from the days you have back abs are just like every other muscle they to need time to recover and grow stronger training them everyday like some people say you should is wrong.
The only other thing i can say is your packing a lot exercises into those days so make sure you eats heaps of good body building food and rest heaps

Start it and after 4 weeks or so adjust it to fit what your body responds best to. If it is not responding well change some things up. Just listen to your body. Abs are like calves you can train the heck out of them, but if your cardio is spot on in my opinion you dont need to do abs every workout. Also this split should only be run for 8 weeks in my opinion, then go to a different split with more rest for each bodypart.

Why are you training every body part 2 times a week?

How can you do chest then do it again 2 days later? are you using a HIT style routine or conventional im hoping HIT

At least you’re minimizing the overlapping of body parts
