ok to do cardio straight after training??

Hey guys just a question about cardio....if i do cardio in preperation for a contest, is it really that bad to do some straight after weight training?? obviously its not going to be 110% balls-to-the-wall stuff more like some jogging for 30mins after each session (so five times a week) so your input please

This has been talked about before and I think the consenses is yeah, if your just doing low intensity for a short period of time. Get your post workout drink in immediately after your workout and do your cardo

I believe it's been said that your better off doing your cardo on a non workout day.

there's a lot of diff feelings about that whole taking the shake and then doing cardio as well. u could do that or do like kaboom and i are do ur training then cardio then ur pwo shake.

I do cardio after my sessions and it is fine. Everyone has different opinions on it. I do like Bhana, train, cardio, food.

I do it immediatly after training monday,wednesday and ,saturday....weights/cardio/food LOL
