Alot of guys telling that if you wanna bulk and gain good amount of weight you shouldnt cardio at all,i asked the IFBB pro Mehmet Yildirim (

My question: I asked in some forums and i got the answers to not cardio on a bulk to gain weight.
His answer: They say it but if your heart isn't training you lost rest capacities (breathe) and you loose congestion capacities..
it is the key.
I guess he's fully right,i mean..i cant say agaist a f'n IFBB pro
How much should be enough?
