I just got a copy of the max contraction video, don;t know if you guys ahve seen it. The info on it seemed really good and made sense, and the workouts looked killer...But I was very alarmed when the guy said if you do this training technique you will only have to do 4 or 5 workouts every 10 days!!! whats the fun in that? wheres the Bodybuilding lifestyle?....seems just as lazy as the ab belt to me....

well don't do it then, what worked for him might not work for you.
give it a try and maybe it will benefit you.

the bodybuilding lifestyle comes with the diet, not the training. you don't grow in the gym. training is just one aspect of bodybuilding. give it a go if you don't like it then at least you're one step closer to finding out what works for you.

thats what I'm saying...the concept makes sense but I love training ...i couldn;t just do it every 10 days . that would make me lazy and lose motivation!!
