also all i eat is ither Brown rice, oatmeal, White potato for carbs, Chicken, egg whites for protein. Thats it. let alone all the vitamins and fiber I take in. I do Cardio 45min in morning 40 min after workout. Also those of you who actually check out my album that was my first show and i only trained for 9 months before that. before the show i took about a year off. |
