Since pretty much every individual has their own workout, modified to their schedules, there could be thousands, possibly millions out there! Albeit maybe the variations are very small but they are still variations.
Regardless, there isn't really a routine which is "best for you" or "best" at all. They can all work, for a given amount of time, depending on your genetics/schedule/age/anabolic usage.
The most important point of bodybuilding, like any other strength training sport, is to lift progressively heavier weights. The 2nd most important point is keeping the bodyfat levels at low-ish levels to appreciate the look of a nice physique.
Tailor all factors around these two points (diet/routine/rest etc) and you are on your road to gains.
It will take time too. Without AAS/genetics, you can look to gain 10-20lbs LBM in your first year and 5-10lbs of LBM going forth. That is of course provided you are progressing very well, you are not injuring yourself constantly, you didn't start too late in life, you have no significant joint limitations....the list goes on.
Progress, persistence, patience.
