Moved on to the 80's for shoulder presses, 2 weeks ago i could'nt even get them up now i'm gettin 8 reps.
Moved on to the 110's for flat presses for 6 reps
Incline pressing the 100's for 6 reps
Incline Fly 50's for 10 reps
could'nt be happier.
