i stoped using the barbell press for my chest and started using dumbells do you think thats a wise choice?

yeh of course, it's good to change this up because your body needs it too. listen to your body, do you think you needed to change it?
it will still work just as good or even better.

i wanted to ilolate my chest better but the problem is i see my chest getting more cutter instead of bigger

toast and oats for breakfast, pasta and tuna for lunch, peanut butter sandwich for afternoon snack and steak and veges or chicken for dinner followed by a galss of milk before bed

u really need more food. and where is the milk?? u have one glass before bed? dude...


Oatmeal and milk is in my opinion ur left and right hand when building muscle. Oatmeal for those carbs, and milk for strong protein. Oatmeal and milk is my fucking religion and it helps me build a lot of muscle with minimal fat gain.
