Will close grip on my bench workouts help with the inner part of my chest? I have good lower and outer chest but my upper and inner is lacking and I feel like I have chick tits (not good)

an inner grip will help divide your chest muscle working to your triceps. the inner you go the more your triceps are involved in the exercise.
if you are lacking upper chest, start of your chest workout with incline dumbbell's but put the bench on an 35-40 degree angle.
as for your inner chest work on cable crossover's but really concentrate on the tensing on your inner chest mentally when you cross the cables over.
good luck & keep us posted!!!

^so true start with either dumbell or barbell i have incorperated to start off on barbell and then follow up with dumbell right after to increase size and striations crossovers will help alot like he said just focus on that cross over also incline flys where u try to touch your elbows umm flat flys pec decs are good for targeting the inner chest but i feel it alot in my delts so ill do it once in a while but i would deffinitly switch to starting the workout with incline bench and play around have some fun with it

Right on. Theres an excercise I use to develop my inner chest called Champaignes. Get set up like you would for a dumbbell bench press, press the DBs to the top position of the ROM, touch them together, bring them back down to your chest while their still touching each other, and press them again like that (touching thru the full ROM). This excercise will give you an incredible squeeze & pump in the pecs. Also the movement will develop amazing detail in the pecs. I got the excercise from this guy who just got out of prison, huge cat.

I see a lot of the work out suggested is flys, but they are hard for me to do for heavy weight. I laid down my bike in September and hurt my rotator cuff.
