so my back is one of my best parts its thick n wide n i have a good v-taper b/c of my small waist.....buuuttt i wana get some freaky detail into my back so was juss wondering some good exersises that will gimme that crazy back double bi pose!!!

Low body fat levels will bring in the detail. As far as excercises, i think one armed machine rows worked well for me. But body fat is the main thing

yea im cutting right now so my bodyfat is deff. going down...... yea i dnt really use the row machine so ill deff give it a try thnx man

no problem just be sure to get a really good contraction, try them one arm at a time

Stick the basics unless you have a serious imbalance in symmetry or proportion.

Deadlifts
Weighted chins
barbell rows
high pulls (or shrugs)

Thats all you need, or a variation of.

normally I am the basic guy and here I guess I still am to an extent but as far as my back goes I vary the exercises almost every WO keeping one basic heavy row of some sort if it be one arms, barbell, or long cable. Then I vary two others every WO.
