these guys are right about everything they told you.
my routine for arm day looks like this:
Reverse Grip Bench 10,8,6
Skull Crushers 10,8,8
Ropepush downs 10,10,8
EZ bar curls 10,10,8
Machine Cruls 10,10,8
StraightBar Curls w/ wide grip 10,8,8
when i do machine curls i grab the bar thats perpendicular to the machine (so grip looks similar to a hammer curl) and really squeeze at the top of the motion- hope that makes sense |
