if your asking if back exercises, build calves. no, they don't.

but if your asking if one exercise for 3sets of 10 reps for your calves is enough to make them grow, IMO no. At first you might see a slight gain, but your body will adapt and you need to add more volume.

depends on your priority man...if you want super big calves then it will take more IMO....I try to do 3 or 4 sets of 12 twice a week for calves. I do dumbell calf raises I try to raise the weight every set also...thats how I do it...

^^^cosign with just lift...just by doing back exercises isnt enough for the biceps. u do need other angles and hit them directly for them to benefit.

however, make sure u dont overtrain them because i IMO biceps are the most overtrained bodypart because they are not rested enough...

i know friends that do back one day and biceps either the next day or the day after that and they have puny biceps...

so make sure u give them enough rest

that could work but i personally like straight barbell curls, when i do heavy sets, both bicep heads are sore! EZ bar curls dont have that same impact IMO. but thats me! and seated barbell curls are great for me also.
