I'm eating 800 calories a day, doing cardio for 40-50 minutes 6 times a week, and I lose about 1.5 lb everyday. I'm happy with it but not sure if it's normal to lose weight like this.

yeah its normal if youre not eating.800 calories a day isnt enough for a 80 lb person.
Then 50 mins of cardio on top of that, which there isnt really anything wrong with.
I doubt very seriously you are losing that much though.Maybe if you weigh right after you get thru with cardio and its just water loss.
I am doing cardio 2 hrs a day and will lose maybe 1.5 lbs a week on my cut diet.
If you really lose 10 lbs every 7 days you are losing so much muscle you wont be worth a shit.
Unless you are a very obese person.

if there's a lot of fat and you've just started a lot of cardio and clean eating, i'm not surprised. i was losing a fuck lot of weight when i started hard cardio back in my really fat days. just make sure to reel it in, better foods in quantity when you're off your cut and on to a clean bulk

if your fat don't do that its to unhealthy and wrong to do. i was 20 pounds heavier than you i was eating around 1800-2300 calories a day, i did around 2 hours of cardio on avarage. its better to eat a little less but burn more. don't try and burn 1 pound a day.

yeah, when you lose a lot of weight, some of it is probably muscle too. in the long run, it's much easier to lose weight then build quality muscle.

How long have you been doing this? I dont see how your able to make it thru the day with 800 calories. Are you doing any weight lifting? Im losing 1.5-2.0 a week and Im smoking thru 2400 cals a day. I am 6'0 241#'s started at 288#'s. I wouldnt advise you doing this...very bad for your health.

You are losing large amounts of muscle no doubt about it. The most fat you can lose per day is 0.5lb. You will lose more weight doing it the right way with a solid diet, slight decrease in calories, and cardio than you will with a starvation diet.
