Hi

This summer, I'm going to Valcartier with the army for 7 weeks.

I won't be able to lift weights

I might be able to have access to a gym once a week

Will I lose all my muscles ?

Should I buy dumbbells and keep doing basic exercises?

Thanks a lot

after 4 week atrophy starts to occur if you can do a all over body once a week you should be able to maintain.

in theory you should be able to maintain current size with no loss. In reality anything could happen as we are all individually different. I dont think you should notice much.
