Sunday: Off
Monday: Back, Traps (Cardio, Abs)
Tuesday:Chest, Bi's(Cardio)
Wedsnday: Off (Cardio, Abs)
Thursday: Shoulders, Tris, Traps, Bi's (Cardio)
Friday:Legs
Saturday:Off (Cardio, Abs)

any suggestions, switches, changes. Not sure if that much cardio is necessary, but im cutting so i guess its beneficial. Legs, i usually dont do cardio, but depending how my legs feel after my session i might do low intensity ( i cant resist watching south park on the gyms tredmill). Anyways im open for suggestions.

i would maybe do 4 day HIIT and than one day of LI cardio, just to switch it up a little, and are you doing Bis twice a week as it is one of your weaker spots?

why are u so focused on traps and bi's anyways? why not since ur a new to the game just focus on the 3 main compound movements?

^well said stick with making your chest legs and back bigger everything else will fall in to place the more you work with these the more results you'll see and then you can focus on weak points
