Tuesday:Chest, Bi's(Cardio)
Wedsnday: Off (Cardio, Abs)
Thursday: Shoulders, Tris, Traps, Bi's (Cardio)
Friday:Legs
Saturday:Off (Cardio, Abs)
any suggestions, switches, changes. Not sure if that much cardio is necessary, but im cutting so i guess its beneficial. Legs, i usually dont do cardio, but depending how my legs feel after my session i might do low intensity ( i cant resist watching south park on the gyms tredmill). Anyways im open for suggestions. |
